DIRECTIONS:
- Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Toss together gnocchi, vegetables, garlic, and olive oil until coated. Spread evenly onto sheet pan.
- Slide small meatball sized chunks of sausage out of the casings onto the pan and scatter evenly.
- Season with salt and red pepper flakes.
- Roast until the sausage and brocoli are golden crisp, 20-25 minutes
- Remove pan from oven and squeeze the lemon juice over the mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and allow cheese to melt.
- Serve topped with more parmesan or red pepper flakes.
