Classic Deviled Eggs

Classic Deviled Eggs
Ingredients

CLASSIC DEVILED EGGS

  • 12 Large Tierra Verde Farms Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar (or pickle relish, diced pickles, or any vinegar-based product)
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Paprika to sprinkle

Directions

  1.  Boil the eggs.  Add eggs to medium saucepan and cover with cold water.  Boil for 8 minutes.  Remove from heat and add to ice bath.
  2.  Peel the eggs.
  3.  Cut if half and remove yolks to separate bowl.
  4.  Add remainder of ingredients to yolks (expect paprika) and mix well.
  5. Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture (easiest to add yolk mixture to plastic sandwich bag and cut tip of bag to act like a spout and squeeze mixture into egg halves)

    Sprinkle with paprika and enjoy!
