Carne Asada
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2-2 pounds Tierra Verde Farms steak for fajitas
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 jalapeno, cored and finely minced (optional, but recommended)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp oregano (mexican oregano if you can find it)
  • salt/pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Cover steak and marinade in refrigerator 2-4 hours. Allow to come to room temperature before grilling.
