Ingredients
  • 1 pound TVF Ground Beef
  • 1 pound TVF Ground Pork
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup combined fresh basil and parsley, finely chopped (sub 1 Tbsp each of using dried
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • tsp dried oregano
  • tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or more if you like spice)

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, stir the breadcrumbs and milk together. Allow to soak 5-10 minutes
  2. Add ground beef and pork, garlic, eggs, parmesan, onion, and worcestershire sauce to the mixing bowl. Sprinkle the herbs, salt, pepper, and crushed rep pepper flakes on top. Use your hands to mix all ingredients, being careful to not over-mix.
  3. If you have time, chill ingredients in refrigerator for one hour. This will make it easier to form meatballs
  4. Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Form meatballs into balls using approximately 2 Tbsp of mixture. Greasing hands with olive oil can help mixture to not stick.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature is 160 degrees. Remove pan and transfer to cooling rack.
  7. Enjoy!
