Meatloaf

Ingredients
  • (1 lb) Ground Beef
  • (1 lb) Ground pork – Bulk
  • (1 egg) Dozen Eggs
  • (1) Onion, chopped
  • (1 tsp) Salt
  • (1/2 tsp) Black Pepper
  • (2 tsp) Worcestershire sauce
  • (1 Cup) Bread Crumbs
  • (1/2 Cup) Ketchup (optional)


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Divide the mixture in half and place into 2 separate 1-pound loaf pans.
  4. At this point you can spread the ketchup over the tops of the loaves.
  5. Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes until the center of the loaf reaches 160 degrees F.
