Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Place ham, meat side down in a large roasting pan with a rack.
- Pour a can of Ginger Ale over the ham.
- Place ham in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove ham and baste with the juices in the pan. Place ham back in the oven.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 for a total of 2 hours.
- Remove ham from oven and baste ham with maple syrup.
- Place ham in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove ham and baste with more maple syrup. Turn oven up to 400 degrees.
- Place ham back in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove ham from oven and let ham stand for 10-15 minutes before carving.
